NA People Operations Coordinator

The NA People Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the People Operations and Total Rewards team by coordinating reputed company processes, maintaining employee information, and managing communications reputed company the department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire and contractor process including appropriate screening for new hires, sending and collecting relevant new hire documents, and accurately keying data into the HRIS system
- Coordinate new hire orientations
- Process terminations
- Maintain electronic employee personnel files
- Process transactions in HRIS system as needed to support the People & Culture team
- Support benefits and compensation cyclical processes
- Support team email inbox and answer/reputed company questions as appropriate
- Other job duties as assigned
Skills
- High School diploma required
- 1-3 years experience in HR Operations, paralegal, or office environment
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and consultative customer service skills to interact with employees at reputed company levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, continuously seeking out new knowledge and innovative solutions to drive personal and team growth
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and sensitivity in working with and maintaining confidential information
- Ability to suggest improvements in how things are done
- Comfortable working with computers and shows an openness to learning new systems
- Demonstrates strong initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with reputed company Office and SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems
