About the Role

Spot IX LLC is a newly launched, high-growth company specializing in premium sports equipment and performance athletic apparel. Were building our sales engine from the ground up and need a proven player-coach Sales Manager who doesnt just lead a teambut actively closes deals. This is a fully remote, full-time position designed to be your primary career focus. Youll manage, coach, and optimize our sales representatives while maintaining your own robust sales pipeline in the sports retail space.

What You'll Do

  • Drive direct sales of sports equipment and apparel to B2B and D2C clients, consistently exceeding personal quotas
  • Monitor, coach, and optimize the performance of our remote sales team using CRM data and weekly pipeline reviews
  • Develop and execute remote sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and closing frameworks tailored to athletic products
  • Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and report directly to leadership on team and individual performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to align promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches with sales goals

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on sales experience in sports equipment, athletic apparel, fitness retail, or related e-commerce
  • Proven track record of both personal sales success and team leadership/coaching (include metrics in your resume)
  • Detailed, achievement-focused resume highlighting revenue generated, quotas exceeded, and team development experience
  • Must currently reside in New Jersey (remote role, but NJ residency required)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing remote workflows across EST business hours
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
