: Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Preparer to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company, tax preparation, and financial software, with excellent analysis skills and customer service abilities. This role involves preparing individual and business tax returns, providing clients with accurate and compliant tax solutions, and supporting overall financial operations reputed company our firm. Prior experience in public reputed company or corporate reputed company is highly valued, along with proficiency in reputed company software such as QuickBooks and reputed company. The Tax Preparer will play a vital role in ensuring clients' financial health through precise tax planning and preparation. We’re especially seeking bilingual applicants (English & Spanish) who can assist our growing Hispanic client reputed company. While being bilingual is not required, it is highly recommended, as bilingual team members may be eligible for additional bonuses and client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and corporations.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with reputed company regulations.
• Utilize reputed company software including QuickBooks, reputed company, and other financial tools to gather data and generate reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support marketing efforts to attract new clients through community engagement and professional networking.
