Your Role As RevOps Manager you will play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to how reputed company is generated and processed across reputed company. Positioned at the center of the reputed company organization, you will design and implement the systems, workflows, and controls that reputed company Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to operate in sync. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into scalable systems. Rather than owning forecasting directly, you will ensure the underlying data, processes, and deal flows are structured so leadership can generate reliable forecasts and reputed company informed decisions. You will help define how reputed company operations should function for a new category of payments infrastructure, where success depends on both deal execution and ecosystem-driven activity. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for building and scaling the operational foundation that supports reputed company velocity, quality, and predictability across reputed company.

• Own the operational guardrails around pricing and deal flow, ensuring off-reputed company-card deals are routed through the appropriate commercial approvers
• Build and maintain reputed company as the system of record for reputed company workflows, including required fields, stage gates, approval routing, and reputed company handoffs
• Ensure deal data in reputed company is accurate, complete, and structured to reputed company reliable forecasting and reporting by Sales leadership
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline the full reputed company workflow from deal validation through billing and renewals
• Define the required information at each stage of the deal lifecycle and implement lightweight process controls to ensure consistency across teams
• Ensure deals move cleanly from negotiation to processing by capturing reputed company required commercial details prior to contract drafting
• Establish scalable operational processes that improve reputed company velocity, volume, and quality without introducing unnecessary complexity
• Provide actionable insights into pipeline health, deal progression, and operational bottlenecks to support reputed company performance
• Bring a baseline understanding of payments pricing and deal structures, partnering cross-functionally to ensure commercial alignment with strategy

What You’ll Need

• 6–10+ years of experience in reputed company operations, sales operations, or business operations reputed company a high-growth or reputed company commercial environment
• Strong experience designing and managing CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) as systems of record for deal workflows and pipeline management
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes that improve data quality, deal flow efficiency, and cross-functional alignment
• Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and GTM teams to operationalize commercial processes
• Solid analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as reputed company, SQL, or BI platforms
• Strong commercial judgment, with experience in payments, fintech, or similarly reputed company deal structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in blockchain, fintech, or payments infrastructure environments
