What You'll Do

This position focuses on one or more of the following Data Governance capabilities, and you'll play a pivotal role in advancing each:

• Data Literacy: Cultivate a data-driven organization by developing programs that enhance data understanding across reputed company departments

Key Responsibilities

What You Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Data Analytics and/or Data Governance experience
• Proven experience implementing one or more Data Governance capabilities in an organizational setting
• Experience developing and tracking metrics to determine adoption and success of data governance initiatives

• Experience working with sensitive data (including PII, SPII, PHI) and relevant regulatory recommendations that govern such data (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Experience working with Data Quality and Observability tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management experience identifying reputed company data impacts for regulatory requirements and reporting
• Experience automating data governance processes and workflows using market-leading data governance products
• Detailed experience delivering data governance artifacts including data dictionaries, metadata, reputed company, data movement controls, and data reputed company-level data quality controls
