With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider areas, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, reputed company specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and reputed company them to outline and transform data reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
