Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing documents to extract relevant data and inputting it into our FACIS database
• Conducting additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on interpreting documents
• Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
• Articulating data transformation processes with clarity and precision
• Taking on additional periodical and/or reputed company projects/tasks as necessary
• Working independently with limited reputed company, using provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance
• Meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items reputed company the Data Entry queue
• Collaborating with the team to provide on-time results and exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products
• Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day
• Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the reputed company industry, data entry, and comparison would be a plus. Additionally, a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
