Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Handling 30-45 customer calls per day, assisting with inquiries ranging from order tracking to resolving package errors.
- Utilizing Live Chat for reputed company-time problem solving, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
- Escalating reputed company issues to the Supervisor reputed company necessary, acting as the initial reputed company of contact for our company.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage customers positively over the phone and in writing.
