- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit and buckle into the Flight Attendant jumpseat on both E190 and A220 aircraft
- Able to meet height requirements for reaching emergency equipment and having adequate cabin head clearance

- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Able to pass vision and hearing tests

- Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
