Base pay range $82.00/hr - $82.00/hr Position: Mid Career Mechanical Engineer Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $82/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common mechanical engineering scenarios and problem statements.
• Apply practical mechanical engineering knowledge to support AI research and evaluation workflows.
• Translate real-world engineering processes, calculations, and decision-making into clear documentation.
• Contribute domain-specific insights to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Up to a Master’s degree or up to 3 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Mid-career background in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
• Ability to clearly explain engineering concepts, workflows, and solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
