Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our growing team during night and evening hours. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations by handling various administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while delivering exceptional service in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Manage and respond to emails, messages, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • * Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
  • * Perform data entry, document management, and filing duties accurately.
  • * Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
  • * Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • * Conduct online research and compile data for business purposes.
  • * Manage and update CRM systems, project management tools, and other internal platforms.
  • * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • * Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role.
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • * Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • * Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • * High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • * Fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related role.
  • * Prior experience working with international clients or in a remote setting is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Night Shift & Evening Availability (Flexible hours between 5 PM – 2 AM CST).
  • * Ability to adjust working hours to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures.
  • * Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members across different time zones.
  • * Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage shifting deadlines.
  • * Adaptability and flexibility to take on various responsibilities as required.
  • * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
