Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Discord server by enforcing community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
* Moderate the chat on our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to community guidelines and rules
- Delete messages that violate community guidelines, ban repeat offenders, and mute users who engage in harassment or other forms of misconduct
- Investigate reports from users regarding potential rule violations and take necessary action to resolve the issue
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with community guidelines and rules, making adjustments as needed to ensure a consistent and fair experience for all users
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Familiarity with Discord and community management principles a plus

* Experience working in a community management or customer service role
