What to Expect as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying customer, family, and caregiver needs and communicating our services offered
• Scheduling initial in-home clinical visits to ensure seamless care coordination

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
