Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders, handling returns, and addressing customer complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving disputes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and providing expert advice to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations in each customer contact
  • Assisting with the development of vendor teams focused on driving customer retention and satisfaction
  • Maintaining manual customer charge accounts and establishing/maintaining customer relationships
  • Providing customer service to all arenaflex employees with the selection of slip-resistant footwear

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years) in a call center or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
