Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on our products or services. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collect and enter a large number of product orders on our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building strong relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, following up to ensure problem resolution
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances in a professional and courteous manner

  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn arenaflex product/services codes and terminology
  • Ability to be cordial and respectful with co-workers and customers, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to work overtime as assigned
  • Comply with all arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and data security
  • Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
