The Role

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Chat Representative or in Customer Service is not required but is a bonus
- Quiet workspace away from distractions
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop, PC, MAC, or smart device (Android or iOS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
