Job Overview

We're seeking experienced customer service and call center professionals to join our team in the US. Available Positions

We have three exciting opportunities available: 1. Customer Service Representative: Provide friendly and effective support to customers, handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. 2. Call Center Partner: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns, providing information, and assisting with order requests. 3. Customer Care Specialist: Act as a resource for customers, offering expert support, investigating issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service and call center representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer requests promptly via telephone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner
