Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll also be responsible for data entry in various platforms, working closely with internal departments to meet customer needs, and providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues
  • Data entry in various platforms to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (not required but preferred)

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and exceed performance targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize information and provide solutions
  • Experience with personal computers and a typical functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail
