Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers inside and outside our centers with arenaflex products and services
  • Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
  • Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers
  • Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
  • Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
  • Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
  • Installing hitches and trailer wiring
  • Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
  • Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
  • Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through arenaflex University

Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications

* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds assisted or unassisted.
