Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Support: Engage directly with clients via phone, web, or e-mail correspondence, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Processing Applications and Related Work: Process applications, application audits, and other related work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing Guidance and Support: Offer guidance regarding certification pathways and eligibility requirements, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of our programs and services.
  • Maintaining Accurate Customer Database: Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and accurate, using our systems and software applications to manage customer data.
  • Developing and Facilitating Customer Communications: Work with department(s) to develop and facilitate customer communications, ensuring that our clients receive timely and relevant information.
  • Staying Up-to-Date on Company Policies and Program Updates: Maintain knowledge on company policies and program updates, using this information to enhance our customer support services.
  • Enhancing and Documenting Processes and Procedures: Identify areas for improvement and develop new processes and procedures to enhance our customer support services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service or a Related Field: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, web, or e-mail.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Think Quickly: The ability to think on your feet, with a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Using Computer Systems and Software Applications: Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through various software applications, with a strong understanding of data management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks Effectively: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
