What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide in-home care services for clients, including CNA/IHSS services
- Maintain a consistent schedule with evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Assist with additional daytime visits to create full, rewarding shifts
- Offer companionship and support to clients, ensuring their well-being
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client care and service delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Current Colorado CNA license
- Scheduling experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
