The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, as a problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should also be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, who can communicate thoughts and ideas clearly. Hybrid (minimum of 3 days a week in our Okemos/Farmington Hills office), subject to change in the future.
