Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering their healthcare claims questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients regarding healthcare claims

  • Provide accurate and timely answers to client questions, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
  • Utilize medical terminology to understand and resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or higher

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Medical terminology required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Good attendance and a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
