Job Summary

Responsibilities

Requirements
* Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred, but not required.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems and windows, including our live chat platform and other arenaflex tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs and to ensure 24/7 support.
