ER / Headhunter / Sales Spartan Capital Group is expanding its network of Strategic Business Partners and is actively seeking experienced Executive Recruiters who want autonomy, freedom, and a commission structure that rewards real production. Our sales team is creating nationwide demand. We need recruiters who want to own their desk, work active searches, and deliver results without the constraints of a traditional agency environment. This role is ideal for recruiters who want to build a long-term book of business, control their workflow, and operate like an owner—while leveraging a proven brand, infrastructure, back-office support and collaborative team.

What You Will Do

  • Run your recruiting desk with full accountability
  • Source, screen, and present candidates for executive and professional searches
  • Partner with internal sales and delivery teams on active nationwide job orders
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake to offer acceptance
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through decision points
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication with candidates and internal partners
  • Build repeatable recruiting processes that support long-term client relationships
  • Focus primarily on recruiting delivery, with flexibility to develop client relationships as desired

What You Bring

  • 2-5+ years of recruiting experience, corporate, staffing, agency or retained
  • Proven ability to find, engage, and close candidates
  • Strong candidate management and follow-through
  • Comfort working independently with full ownership of results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-based recruiting model
