What to Expect:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into systems
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Reviewing and educating members on available services and their insurance coverage
  • Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems

What We're Looking For:

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

  • 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Strong organizational skills, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision

* Experience in a customer service position, particularly in a contact center environment

  • Familiarity with healthcare services or transportation logistics
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Experience with remote work setups and requirements
