Remote Early Childhood Program Director
Our client is actively recruiting for a dedicated and visionary Remote Early Childhood Program Director. This critical role operates entirely remotely, enabling you to lead and inspire our network of childcare centers and educational programs across the country. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing curriculum development, ensuring adherence to licensing standards, and fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Key duties include managing budgets, leading staff development initiatives, implementing quality improvement plans, and engaging with parents and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood settings. A strong understanding of child development, pedagogical best practices, and state/federal regulations governing childcare is essential. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to effectively manage remote teams and drive performance through virtual engagement. Proficiency in using educational technology, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools is mandatory.
