Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering payroll data into our payroll software, updating and maintaining data and databases, and ensuring that all employee data is correct and up to date. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Human Resources Department
- Time Keeping Responsibilities:
+ Verify timecards are complete and accurate, checking daily for any missing punches or errors. + Verify time off balances and add time off when necessary. + Add holidays, following arenaflex Policy.
- Compliance Data:
+ Add data to employee profiles.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the HR Manager.
### Accounting Department
- Help entering student invoices in NetSuite for GI.
- Help enter therapist invoices into NetSuite.
- Assist with any other data entry tasks that may be required, if necessary.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a team player.
- Independence and Multitasking: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk.
- Education: Associate degree in business, preferably Accounting.
- Experience with ADP Payroll and NetSuite: Have experience working with ADP Payroll and NetSuite.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time remote position, requiring the ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and office equipment. You will need to be able to sit for long periods of time.

Schedule
The schedule for this position is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Education
An Associate degree is required for this position.
Experience

- Microsoft Excel: 2 years
- Data entry: 2 years
- ADP: 1 year
- NetSuite: 1 year
Language
The primary language for this position is English, but proficiency in Spanish is also required.
