Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that business requirements are met
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborating with the management team to develop new products and sales strategies
- Working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
