Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field - Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with data entry software applications, such as Excel or Access - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts - Experience working with clients in a customer service or sales role - Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
