Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently via live chat, phone, or email
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 customer support
