SAP Functional Consultant (Treasury Management) Location: Remote Interview Process:1 round, Virtual/Online Duration: 12 Months Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Experience Required: 12+ Years Candidate Location: No SC residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. Project Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Treasury Management and Investment modules to support the State of South Carolina’s SAP transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in S/4HANA migration, legacy system retirement, and optimization of treasury and financial processes. Support SAP modules: FI, MM, HR, Payroll, SRM, CRM, Treasury Management · Assist in S/4HANA upgrade and modernization efforts · Implement and optimize Investment and Debt Management functionality · Collaborate with SCEIS, STO, and state IT teams Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering · Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements · Translate financial operations into functional specifications · Develop business blueprints and design documentation SAP Configuration & Implementation · Configure SAP Treasury and Investment modules · Support implementation of investment and debt functionality · Ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements Design & Development Support · Create functional design specifications for technical teams · Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and development teams · Support custom development, testing, and deployment Testing & Deployment · Develop test cases, scenarios, and validation processes · Support system integration testing and UAT · Coordinate release management and production deployment Integration & Data Management · Design and support interfaces with banks, brokers, and financial systems · Assist in defining data structures for reporting and analytics · Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance Reporting & Analytics · Support creation of reports, dashboards, and data models · Assist reporting teams with data extraction and visualization needs Training & Knowledge Transfer · Develop training materials and conduct training sessions · Provide knowledge transfer to business and technical teams Collaboration & Governance · Work with SCEIS, STO, and state IT teams to ensure best practices · Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and SAP best practices Required Skills & Experience: · 12+ years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting · Strong expertise in SAP Treasury Management (Investment & Cash Management) · Experience with S/4HANA migration or upgrades · Proven experience developing business blueprints and functional specifications · Strong understanding of financial processes and treasury operations · Experience in SAP configuration and implementation · Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions · Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analytics concepts Preferred Skills: · Experience integrating SAP with banks and financial institutions · Public sector / government SAP implementation experience · Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting tools · Experience working with large enterprise SAP environments · Master’s degree (preferred) Additional Requirements: · Minimum 10+ years SAP implementation experience · Experience implementing SAP Investment functionality in at least 4 large organizations · At least one implementation in public sector (State/Federal/County) · Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills · Ability to deliver high-quality documentation and training materials Remote About the Company: SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
