Customer Success Associate - No Phone (Entry Level / No Prior Experience Required)
Embrace the role of a Customer Success Associate, where you will assume the pivotal position as the initial touchpoint for customer inquiries, requests, feedback, complaints, and various other needs. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.Contract length: No fixed termRate: $35 per hourSkills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
