As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions. - Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease and poise
- Personalizing the experience for each caller, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborating with your team to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

- Reporting to an assigned Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey
- Working a set schedule and structured day, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Bilingual Specialist opportunity for those fluent in Spanish and English, with a focus on serving our diverse customer base
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
- Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your hard work and dedication

System Requirements
As a remote worker, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. Here are a few key requirements:
- Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll attend a six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
