Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Processing electronic fund transactions, such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, alongside cash and check transactions
  • Managing inventory levels and implementing measures to prevent theft, damage, and expired products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including customer waiting areas and workstations
  • Adhering to and promoting all safety and hygiene policies and programs as per the health code regulations at the local, state, and federal level
  • Reporting any hazardous conditions or criminal conduct to store management for prompt and decisive action

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum age requirement of 18
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous comparable experience in customer service or retail operations
  • Proficient in customer registry management, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with inventory management and automated inventory management systems

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to promote sales and services to customers and build customer loyalty
  • Experience with cash register usage and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
