Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience that drives loyalty and retention
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless experience for customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards for appearance and customer safety
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions

  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer needs
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a flexible and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a strong sense of safety and awareness
