Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their benefit enrollment process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contacting clients as their requests come in and scheduling appointments to review their benefits
• Presenting benefits information to clients and helping them enroll in their preferred benefit package
• Answering questions and providing support throughout the enrollment process
• Building trust and rapport with clients, becoming their go-to source for benefit-related inquiries
