Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our customer service team.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of our offerings and can effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Education & Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with working from home.

Skills & Abilities:

* Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices, with a strong understanding of the principles of excellent customer service.

  • Skills in operating computers, with proficiency in a range of software applications, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
