Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with employees within the company and customers to collect information, ensuring timely and accurate data capture
  • Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for efficient retrieval
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as required

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers
  • Proficient touch typing skills, with the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and manage data effectively
