$40-$70/hour Role Overview: As a Corporate M&A Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions for one of our clients, a global leader in the Technology industry. This remote contract position will leverage your expertise in compliance, financial documentation, and data privacy to ensure seamless deal execution and secure handling of sensitive information. You will work closely with attorneys and deal teams to review, organize, and manage sensitive corporate and financial documents. Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys and deal teams in all stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing activities
• Review, organize, and manage sensitive corporate and financial documents, ensuring strict compliance with personally identifiable information (PII) regulations
• Oversee secure handling, redaction, and transfer of PII and other confidential data throughout deal processes
• Assist in drafting, filing, and maintaining compliance documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing activities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in reviewing and managing sensitive corporate and financial documents, with experience in PII regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Experience with document management systems and software, including Microsoft Office and related tools
