• *Company Description** Ora FacePass is a B2B access control hardware company replacing keycards, fobs, and PIN pads with facial recognition across commercial properties nationwide. One device. One dashboard. Zero keys. We sell to property managers and building owners who are done managing physical credentials and want a system that works automatically. Our hardware installs at entry points and gives property managers real-time visibility into who is coming and going — without the administrative overhead of traditional access control. We are early, growing fast, and building a lean team that moves with urgency. Every hire matters here.

  • *Role Description**

This is a part-time remote role with a clear path to full-time by Month 2. You will be person number five on the Ora FacePass team — owning everything that happens after a deal closes. Customer onboarding, installation coordination, check-in calls, upsell conversations, and keeping our sales team's operations running clean behind the scenes. Our closers close. Our SDR dials. You make sure every customer who signs gets onboarded properly, stays happy, and buys more. You also keep the machine running — CRM hygiene, calendar management, vendor coordination, and weekly reporting so nothing falls through the cracks. At 12 months this role grows into Customer Success Manager or Sales Operations Manager. You choose the track. We promote from within and we tell you the path upfront because we want the person who wants to own it.

  • *Qualifications**

Required

  • 2+ years in B2B customer success, onboarding, or startup operations
  • Proven ability to own a process end-to-end without hand-holding
  • CRM experience — GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you are the customer's first voice post-sale
  • Self-directed — you find the problem before it finds us
  • Available to overlap with US Mountain Time core hours

Nice to have

  • Apollo.io or outbound sales tool experience
  • Hardware, PropTech, or access control background
  • Notion — builds SOPs, not just reads them
  • Vendor or installer coordination experience
  • Colorado-based a plus — not required
  • No degree required — track record beats credentials here
