Senior Administrative Assistant - Capital Access Platforms (Product)

About the position As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in enabling executive leadership to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Reporting to the EVP, Chief Product Officer for Capital Access Platforms, you'll ensure seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders. You'll thrive in this position if you're a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complexity with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and light-touch support to two additional senior leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and organize meetings and events across global time zones.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent leadership professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with business systems, approval workflows, and project management tools.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and providing support outside standard business hours when needed.

  • The base pay range for this role is $64,000 - $112,000.
  • In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
  • Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
