A fully remote speech-language pathologist opportunity is available for a contractor skilled in telespeech services. This role focuses on providing bilingual support across elementary, middle, and high school students through virtual platforms. The position requires proficiency in delivering speech therapy remotely, utilizing digital tools to engage and assess students effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy sessions via a virtual platform tailored for educational use.
  • Provide bilingual speech therapy services to diverse student populations ranging from elementary to high school levels.
  • Utilize interactive learning materials to support student progress and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical support teams to enhance service delivery and troubleshoot potential challenges.
  • Effectively manage and document student progress within the provided digital systems.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant educational and therapeutic standards in a remote setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with licensure valid for the service area.
  • Experience in telespeech therapy, preferably in bilingual environments.
  • Ability to engage students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote capacity.
  • Familiarity with virtual communication platforms such as Zoom Pro.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Location: This contract position supports students located in Tacoma, WA, but the work is performed entirely remotely. Contract Details:

  • This is a 1099 contracted role.
  • Access to a virtual platform featuring assessments, interactive learning materials, and clinical and technical support is provided.
  • Benefits are not included in this contractor position.
