Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging strategies that drive sales, reduce costs, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, and compliance, to ensure that our packaging meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain data-driven packaging strategies that drive sales, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to address them
• Develop and implement packaging design and development processes that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that packaging meets our quality and sustainability standards
• Develop and maintain packaging documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and best practices
• Provide training and support to cross-functional teams on packaging-related topics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform packaging strategies and decisions

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of experience in packaging, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations, including FDA and EPA guidelines
• Experience with packaging design and development processes, including design software and prototyping tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the retail industry, with a focus on packaging and supply chain management

• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental regulations, including ISO 14001 and GRI standards
• Experience with data visualization tools and software, including Tableau and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
• Experience with packaging testing and validation procedures

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations, including FDA and EPA guidelines
• Experience with data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Strong knowledge of packaging design and development processes, including design software and prototyping tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of packaging
