Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails, to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. You will work closely with our sellers and customers to address a wide range of event and order-related questions, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Your role will progress through three key stages, with increasing responsibilities and challenges:

30 Days in: Setting the Foundation

* Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our customer-centric approach.

  • Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to delivering great experiences for our customers.
  • Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.

60 Days in: Building Relationships and Resolving Issues

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Navigate our order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance, ensuring timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

90 Days in: Advancing Your Skills and Career

* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.

  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and challenges, demonstrating your ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Benefits

* Office Location: Coppell, TX

  • Work Schedule:

+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training, which is paid and all in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote, with 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. + Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off.

  • Compensation:

+ $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility. + Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grant. + Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible.
