Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Telephone Support:

Provide professional, caring, and responsive support to customers over the phone, ensuring that their questions are answered completely and their issues are resolved in a timely manner. Log all interactions, including information and resolution achieved, in the appropriate ticketing system.

E-mail & Chat Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Skill Improvement:

Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, staying up-to-date with supported products, and developing your problem-solving abilities. Attend training classes and complete assigned exercises to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Communication:

Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management to ensure continuous improvement.

Support Coworkers:

Offer procedural advice and assistance to fellow representatives, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Client Relationships:

Foster positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Adherence to Policies:

Provide all support functions within the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures, maintaining departmental productivity standards and accuracy in the ticketing system.
