Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Resolving problems and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, which may involve collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving errors in various reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring records
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to complex problems
• Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform data entry and analysis tasks

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in data analysis and studies, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Healthcare industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

Education

A High School Diploma is required for this role.
