Our client, a leading provider of comprehensive behavioral health services, is seeking a dedicated and licensed Remote Clinical Social Worker to join their fully remote team. This vital role focuses on providing high-quality mental health counseling and support services to individuals and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will conduct virtual assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies via secure telehealth platforms. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, case management, psychoeducation, and ongoing therapeutic support. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, and demonstrates exceptional empathy, active listening skills, and cultural competency. This position requires a self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of independently managing a caseload and maintaining meticulous electronic health records. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress. Manage client cases, coordinating care with other providers as needed. Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records. Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice. Participate in virtual team meetings and case consultations. Stay informed about current best practices in mental health and telehealth. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent license in the US. Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience. Proficiency with various electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5), and treatment modalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet access and a dedicated, private workspace.
