As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer transactions, including returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).
