Now Hiring: Coach – Former COO, Operations Directors Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Industry: Dental Support / Executive Coaching Are you a dental operations veteran who knows that sustainable growth is won at the front desk and secured in the revenue cycle? Have you helped lead or scale a Dental Support Organization (DSO) with $25 million or more in revenue? The Dentist Entrepreneur Organization (DEO) is looking for an operational powerhouse to help our members master the "engine room" of their practices. Who We Are DEO is the leading coaching and leadership organization for growth-minded dental entrepreneurs. With a network representing thousands of practices, we help dental leaders scale smartly and sustainably—through community, education, and elite executive coaching. The Role: Operations Coach at DEO As a DEO Operations Coach, you will work directly with founders, COOs, and regional managers in fast-growing DSOs. Your mission: to help them plug "leaky buckets" in their business, optimize the patient journey, and build a world-class revenue cycle. You aren't just a theorist; you are a practitioner who can look at a P&L and an AR report and immediately identify the path to health. What You’ll Bring Operational Mastery: Deep experience in a DSO environment, ideally at a leadership level where you managed operations for a group generating $25M+ in revenue. Front-Desk DNA: Expertise in training front-office teams on "White Glove" service, high-conversion scheduling, and effective patient communication. RCM & Collections Authority: A proven track record of managing or overseeing Revenue Cycle Management: You understand insurance aging, clean claim rates, and how to maintain high collection ratios. Systems Thinker: A passion for building SOPs that allow practices to scale without losing quality or profitability. The Coach’s Heart: A natural ability to mentor and lead dental entrepreneurs through complex transitions. Prior coaching experience is a plus, but we will train the right leader. What You’ll Do Audit & Optimize: Guide DEO members through operational assessments, focusing on front-office efficiency and RCM health. Curriculum Delivery: Lead small group cohorts and 1:1 sessions focusing on the "nuts and bolts" of scaling—from scheduling protocols to billing workflows. Strategic Troubleshooting: Leverage your DSO experience to help members avoid common operational pitfalls and accelerate their cash flow. Collaborate: Work with the DEO coaching team to develop new tools, templates, and frameworks for the "Operations" pillar of our curriculum. What You’ll Get A fully remote, mission-driven role.
